We believe that
for our clients to obtain maximum benefit from the Forward
Solution, we have to be continuously available to provide
support. In conducting support services, we are looking at
leveraging on the Forward system to assist in the continuous
improvement of business processes.Whilst a portion of support
is performed on-site, the advances in communication technologies
have allowed us to supply the majority of support services
remotely from our offices, thereby saving on time-consuming
exercises such as travel, whilst it also drastically speeds
up response times. Support is thus performed on a very cost-effective
basis.
